Box Marketing is proud to have been awarded ‘Winners of the Best Customer Initiative’ by Scottish and Newcastle in 2007 for work carried out on one of its cider brands.
The campaign started with over 20,000 non-stocking outlets being contacted by a dedicated telemarketing team. This activity resulted in a warm target list of 11,000 outlets which were then visited by our field sales team who were able to convert 6,000 of these into stocking outlets.

After sales follow up activity ensured that over the 4 month launch period there were 6 ‘touch points’ with each outlet. This support helped build a solid relationship with the outlet and ensured the correct positioning and merchandising of the brand within it.
As a result of this campaign the brand has developed to become the leading cider brand in the UK. Box Marketing has been retained to support further brand development activity throughout 2008. |
